Car Trouble

I am not sure if I have bad luck in general or just with cars. A few days before the drive for our weekend at Disney the windshield wiper fluid squirter stops working on the car. UGH!! So when I  call to make an appointment to bring it in they only have one time available in 30 minutes and of course I just got back from my morning run outside in Alabama. After quickly showering, because lets face it I was probably to gross for a mechanics bay, this is what I threw on. Tank top because who knows how long I might have to wait outside before the hubby finally rescues me, a pair of clean shorts bonus that they match, and yep those are my shoes that I usually wear outside with the kids. I took a picture planning on sharing with you that things are not always "pretty and planned" but looking at the pic. I have to give myself a pat on the back because this isn't so bad.

Dragon Boat Races

Saturday afternoon we went to cheer on the Air Force in the dragon boat races downtown. I knew it would be hot but am getting tired of the standard tank top and shorts for my summer outside wardrobe, so I went with a skirt to mix things up. "Mom Errands"

Most of the day on Monday I had a "spouse orientation" for the new program that will be my husbands job over the next 10 months. I chose to wear something that was work appropriate. Rainy Morning Coffee

Weeknight Out

 I got invited by a few of the other neighborhood Moms to go out to see a movie, we just moved to a new base and hanging out with new people can be very intimidating for me. I am still not thrilled with my choice, but nothing to do about it now but go shopping incase I get a second invite!!

Summer Weekend, Girl.

Restaurant Depot

Ok so here I am in crop pants with a jacket no less in the middle of the hottest month of the year. There is a reason! One of the great things about this assignment is that we live within driving distance of "home" in Florida! We went down there this past weekend and I went shopping with my parents to their favorite place to get seafood, Restaurant Depot. The place is mostly one big freezer, they offer bright orange jackets to wear but I decided to just throw on a jean jacket to walk around. Don't worry Dad sported the bright orange jacket though!!

Pool Afternoon.

This one I am nervous to share...here is what I wore taking the kids to the pool. Please be kind remember I did have a baby 15 months ago and still have some work to do. I included my towel because I just purchased a few new pool towels from Kohl's and I can not tell you how much I love it.  It is called " the Big One' if you need pool towels check it out great size, great quality!
